The digital magazine ON ECONOMIA published an extensive report this weekend on the major milestones in the hundred-year history of Moventia.

The company specialising in collective and private mobility has renewed its SGI 20.10 Equal Opportunities Management System certificate due to its strong social commitment in the workplace.

The group’s chairman was recognised for his work leading the company and for his firm commitment to the region.

“The new brand alludes to a series of values and a personality that combine the robustness of a one-hundred-year-old company, such as honesty and commitment, with others that reflect the needs of our modern times: innovation and sustainability”, said Sílvia Martí, Corporate Vice-President.

Carlos Cordón pays a visit to the family-owned multinational transport company’s premises alongside some of its board of directors.

Experts from Moventia’s divisions share their knowledge alongside other professionals in conferences and talks at the congress.

Moventia was given the prestigious Carles Ferrer Salat Award for Internationalisation at the 16th Awards and Medals of Honour from Foment del Treball.

Sílvia Martí, Corporate Vice-President of Moventia, was there to receive the award.

Urban mobility was a central theme at Barcelona New Economy Week, an event that gathered a large number of professionals and experts from the sector at the DFactory building in the Zona Franca of Barcelona.
