On Tuesday, 14 May, Movento offered its customers the chance to immerse themselves in the prestigious academic atmosphere of the IESE Business School. Under guidance from renowned IESE economics professor, Jordi Gual, attendees enjoyed an exceptional academic experience as part of the PADE (Senior Company Management Programme) & Friends sessions.
The event was attended by two very special representatives from the company: Josep Maria Martí, CEO of Moventis, and Sílvia Martí, Vice-President of Corporate Affairs, Internal and Institutional Communication of Moventia. Alongside almost 100 other attendees, they explored the common ground between economics and the automotive industry at this fascinating event.
Economics professor, Jordi Gual, led a session entitled ‘Perspectives on the Economy: What can we expect?’, in which current economic affairs and key business challenges were discussed. Nuria Marsal, Head of Executive Education Programmes at IESE, presented a programme that has been especially designed for company executives to offer a unique outlook on business development.
The event also included some outstanding input from Marc Gené, a former racing driver and current Formula 1 test and development driver for Ferrari. Marc shared his knowledge about economic trends in motor sport, offering a valuable perspective on the crossover between the world of business and élite motor sport. For Movento, partnering with the IESE Business School on this event was a huge privilege. The meeting not only allowed attendees to explore two growing sectors in depth but also highlighted the importance of business leadership in a constantly changing world.
