Moventia has renewed its commitment to the Diversity Charter for the period 2023-2025. We have therefore maintained our commitment to upholding such essential principles as equality, inclusion and diversity within our working environment.
The Diversity Charter of the Diversity Foundation in Spain is a charter voluntarily signed by companies as a way to express their commitment to promoting a total of ten principles: awareness, workforce diversity, inclusion, the diversity index and inclusion (D&I) as a cross-cutting policy, work-life balance, customer diversity, internal communication, adding new suppliers, external communication and best practice.
